Unfortunately we do not have easy access to our own medical data and no convenient way of transferring personal medical records to medical professionals, government organizations and third parties in Europe. Moreover, discovering and connecting with medical professionals is often a daunting task. Deciding what medical specialist to visit is an important decision that impacts quality of care but is hard to make due to the ambiguity of medical specialist listings.

The solution

An accessible and centralized platform that enables users to manage their personal healthcare journey and serves as their digital medical portfolio. Shareable comprehensive electronic health records that provide users with a transparent overview of their complete medical history and that can be shared independently with medical specialists. Furthermore, users can link their insurance to their account. The platform also features a transparent and comprehensive medical professional search engine with a rating and appointment system. In addition, an AI-based assistance tool that guides users in identifying the right medical professional help based on symptoms. All seamlessly packaged into one system.
