The Helping Hand

Ideation

The challenge

Technology has taken a big part of people's lives, and it now shapes how people communicate and function in their day to day lives - however, a lot of people have difficulties managing this shift by themselves. Very often their closest are too busy to help with this or they themselves have the same problem - so having someone available on-the-go to assist with any ad-hoc tech problem or activity that might arise will save them a ton of time, effort and frustration.

The solution

Our solution is “Helping Hand” - an agency that provides the elderly, or those who struggle with technology, assistance to complete online tasks. These may range from filling out online forms, organizing a holiday or, once trust has been gained, sorting through their emails or taxes. Customers can choose from a range of trusted, experienced personal assistants, who could work on a one-off, weekly or monthly basis. To ensure a reliable service, within the firm or potentially externally, we will look to have a verification process checking that all actions have been in the customer’s best interest.
