We see that in society, globalization, urbanization, and technological development have changed the way people get their information and the way people communicate with each other. Employees at organization could improve themselves on specific skills such as growth mindset, teamwork, and giving proper feedback. Often these knowledge exists in a company, but there is nothing done with it. This withholds the company of becoming future proof.
The solution
Have you ever realized that every conversation you have is an opportunity to learn? We at THYNK have the solution to make your company future proof. We create a personal learning path with a recurring survey which enables us to measure growth. By using a digital platform we provide content on the social side of business. However, we go beyond this. With the experience of all the conversations held by our THYNK community, we developed an app. An app which enables you to go beyond the surface of the content, by having deep and open conversations.
