The challenge

There are a lot of ideas that have potential. The problem is that they don't necessarily occur to people who can realize them. People with great ideas often don't have either the money (or do not want to risk it) or the expertise to develop their idea.

The solution

A platform where everyone with an idea can build a team in exchange for potential company equity. 1. the money problem is solved because company equity is basically potential "money" in the future 2. the founders find motivated people with the right skills to develop the idea.
